Farfalle is bow-shaped pasta which is perfect for salads or in hot dishes cooked with a creamy sauce. The pasta is cooked in just seven minutes in boiling water. This pasta is made using a mixture of durum wheat flour and water, where the wheat is grown without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilisers. It is a good source of carbohydrate and provides a slow release of energy which keeps you energised all day long.
